1. Return Window

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please include:

- clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
If we confirm that the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may, at our discretion:

6. Exchanges

- no return at all,

If an item is final sale, that will control.
11. Chargebacks
If you experience an issue with your order, we ask that you contact us first so we can attempt to resolve it directly.
Filing a chargeback does not automatically make an item non-returnable, but it may affect the timing and handling of a refund while the payment dispute is under review.
